Welcome,

At this site, you are able to download the various components needed to conduct several trainings in multiple languages.  The presentations are PowerPoint files and do require that you have Microsoft PowerPoint or PowerPoint viewer installed.  If you do not have PowerPoint, you can download the free viewers by clicking the appropriate link to the right.  The handouts and other files are Adobe Acrobat files and require that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.  You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader by following the link to the right and specifying your operating system.

Instructions for printing Notes Pages and Handouts from PowerPoint:

With the PowerPoint file open, select File then Print.  A Print window should open with several options.

In the lower left corner from a drop-down labeled “Print what:” you can select Slides, Handouts, Notes Pages, or Outline View.

  1. Selecting Handouts will allow you to print multiple slides on each page.  If this option is selected the area just to the right will allow you to select the number of slides you wish to print on each page.  3 slides per page gives a lined area for notes beside each of the slides.
  2. Selecting Notes Pages will give you the complete training, 1 slide per page, with all of the trainer’s notes printed at the bottom of the pages.
  3. Selecting Outline View will give you almost all of the text of the PowerPoint in an outline format.  This will not include any of the trainer’s notes but only the text from the slides themselves.

If you are printing anything other than the Outline View, you may also want to select grayscale instead of color as it can use a lot of ink.  Grayscale will make the text black and the background white.

The final step before printing is to Preview your print.  Do this by clicking on the button in the lower left corner.  If all looks as you wish, print the file.

Some features may not function properly on older operating systems or without the 2007 Compatibility Pack or Viewer installed
